We offer Free Shipping Worldwide with tracking.
SHIPPING TIMES AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
We may ship your order from one of our warehouses in the U.S.A., Europe or China. Please check the product description page for product-specific shipping time and delivery information.
Shipping Time is the sum of Processing Time and Delivery Time.
Processing Time: 7 days
Delivery Time:
U.S.A Inventory: 3-7 days or faster
European Inventory: 3-7 days or faster
Shipping from China: 14-40 days or faster
Processing Time is the time for an order to be packed and dispatched to the shipping carrier.
Delivery Time is the time between your package shipped out of carriers’ warehouses and final destination delivery. Delivery time does not include Order Processing Time, holidays and weekends.
UPON DELIVERY AT YOUR DOOR
It is not uncommon that carton packaging appears to have some damage, such as tears, holes, large dents, open carton or missing items.
Here is how you may deal with damage, anomalies or discrepancies in product delivery:
● Damage to the carton requires a visual inspection of the contents of the unit.
● Nalable recommends an immediate inspection in the presence of the driver to confirm the damage. If the contents are damaged, please note all damages on the carrier's document and notify support@nalable.com immediately.
●Important Note: If the contents cannot be inspected immediately, the carrier's document must state: "Carton is damaged and needs to be inspected" and list the type of damage.
●Items must be inspected and actual damage reported to the carrier within 48 hours of arrival
Excessive damage to carton packaging and exposed product:
● Refused to ship
Signed carrier document: "Carton damaged and rejected"
● Notify Nalable immediately.
